We specialize in wholesale retail-ready impulse buys like keychains, coasters, magnets, and much, much more. If you do not see it, then we can probably make it.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! If you don’t see what you’re looking for on our site, we can create something unique for you.

How do I provide customization details?

You can add your details directly on the product page when ordering. If something is unclear, you can message us or we’ll reach out to confirm.

Do you offer previews or mockups before production?

Yes, we can make a basic mockup for you before placing your order.

What materials do you use?

Our products are crafted from different materials like wood, leather, and acrylics. We can craft almost anything you can come up with.

Are your products handmade in the USA?

Yes, every Mercer Made product is proudly handmade in Moultrie, Georgia.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product and customize it on the product page. For special requests, please use our contact form before placing your order.

Can I change or cancel an order after it’s placed?

For standard products, reach out as quickly as possible. Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once work has started.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Custom products take time to make. Please allow up to 3 days for production before shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No. Because each product is made to order, we cannot guarantee rush processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs and customs fees.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, with every order over $40, we ship for free anywhere in the USA

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on custom products since they are made specifically for you. However if the item is not personalized, then yes, we do, but there will be a 20% restocking fee.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged in shipping, we will remake and resend it at no cost to you.

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

No. Personalized and custom orders are non-refundable.

How do I clean my sign?

If dust collects, simply wipe it with a light cleaner and soft cloth.

Can your products be used outdoors?

Yes. All outdoor signs are sealed to withstand outdoor use. If you have an indoor sign you want sealed, then please reach out.
